Their getting rid of Postiga already?? Sure he didn't do well but he's still young and has proven himself with Porto. They should have given him another season instead of selling him for Jank(etc.)

dumb deal only for Tottenham.

We get a great young striker and we pay little money and get rid of Jankauskas in one shot.

Wow, Pinto da Costa is the best president in the world

My club's director's haven't got a clue what they are doing. We already have Defoe, Kanoute and Keane, why do we continue to buy, or attempt to buy more strikers?. We need a centre back and a defensive midfielder, we have enough world class strikers as it is.

Hélder Postiga a caminho do F.C. Porto
[ 2004/07/08 | 18:24 ] Filipe Caetano Irene Palma

LOL Jankauskas is a major donkey.

There will be competition to Heskey next season. :rockman:

I can understand Spurs wanting to get rid of Postiga, he's a great young striker with lots of potential but he had obvious adaption problems last season...I just can't figure out why they'd want Stankauskas.. He plays like his boots are full of cement!

Your kidding right, please tell me yout kidding.

Defoe, Kanoute, and Keane are great strikers, but you can't classify them as 'world class'. World Class is overly used nowadays

It isn't that dumb with what Postiga has shown Tottenham.

What has he done? :kader:

You guys are going by what he did at Porto. Playing in England is extremely different from other leagues.

I wouldn't do the deal if I was Tottenham, but it isn't that stupid with what Postiga has done in London. ;)

Money PLUS Postiga for Jankauskas...

You don't watch the SuperLiga so...
1. You don't know how good Postiga really is...
2. How bad Jankauskas is...
