Wha-hey - I got an honourable mention! :keegan: On a serious note, editing people's efforts and posting them is really annoying. Lord knows I've had my fair share. The truth is, there is no rule against it, it is merely discouraged. I am not much good at making kits and I have, on occasion, edited a kit made by someone else, for my own personal use. You will never see it posted anywhere. I know that some guys who are new to editing look to experienced guys like in this instance, Tonce - as an inspiration and a guide in making their own stuff. I encourage those who to start making kits and boots especially, to model your work off the EA-made items to prevent this as EA is not likely to login to SG to complain. I would be happy if my friend Tonce returned to kitmaking although I have already made a mockup of Bolton's GK - the away and third are being released soon. Cheers, all.

What/who are you referring to? I agree that spamming kit maker threads is "unreasonable"... but what does that have to do with anything. Your post - poorly worded as it was - criticized Tonce for taking issue with people copying his work. You said that those who felt it was wrong needed to stop acting like little girls and grow up. I simply stated that your ad hominem attack was unfounded, as no one was being unreasonable or acting like little girls or children.

I agree, I can say its happened to me ALOT.
I'm happy for people to use my kits and alter them slightly for there own personal use, I say go for it on that but when you take something someone else has put effort and time into creating and then make like 3 little changes then CLAIM they made the kit......Thats crossing the line and is what pisses me off.

If they want to take my kit and use it as a template to make there own, If the do it and post a simple line like: "I Used one of ManUtdFan182s kits as a template to help me" Then I would be okay with it.
Or simply asking the creator of the kit for permission to use there kit as a template first.

All theres people stealing other peoples work need to do is give credit where credit is due/ Ask permission first. Simple.

Whoa... I was about to say that was uncalled for, but hey, it's alright. Besides, I too may have been a little hasty when commenting. We're even now I guess.
