Today in the Wynder Family are cat died at the age 21, I am sad but I did not cry it was a shock to me but it was bound to happen.

The cat was going to go at any time my mum knew it, my bro knew it and my sister and dad knew it would happen soon.

I have 3 dogs..
One of them is 16, the other one is 9 and the other one is 7..

A 21 year old cat has 102 years old of human life. My 16 year old dog has 96 years of human life.

eghh..I just thought Id say that...
The ******* dog has been with me since I was born...Im just a month older than her..:)

thats incorrect. 1 Dog year equals 7 human years so you cat is 16*7 = 112

no idea how cat years work though

Bad luck. I had a rabbit which died after 9 months :( Maybe I squeezed him too hard :(

I've got a hilarious idea of how that must look.

I had a cat called Smokey that died of kidney failure. He was class because he almost fell off a balcony once. He dragged himself back with his lil' claws.

Still two cats. One of them must be about 10 years old now. He's a fat bastard.

Who the hell "discovered" that one dog year is 7 human years anyway? :|

Must have been a dull period in researching. :(

So does that mean that in one year, a dog goes from looking like a 14 year old to a 21 year old?

I don't really understand this dog year to human year conversion thing....how can they be compared?

i heard its like 7 years for the early years for a dog life, but as it gets older the ratio slows down to 5,6

some1 should really define the conversion, because people need to know how many candles to put on their dogs birthday cake

That is old, my condolencies. When you have a pet for a number of years, it comes more than a pet, its like losing a family member.

lo siento mate..
it TOTALLY depends on the dogs race and weight. In my dogs case (theyre small) its different :jambo:
