Hey im planning on joining the army reserves and start basic training in august then after that i will finish up my schooling there in 56 weeks to be a radiologist which i think is sweet, should be nice to get school done when in 21.

But i asked the recruiter and he said they have bases there in england so i could go there and do my training and live there and still be in the reserves and only do my 2 days a month for 2 yrs thing and get it over with. But what i wanted to know is whats a nice city to live in? like good employment and is the medical field there a good way of making a nice living over there and if radiolgist make a good amount of money if not whats the best medical job over there? and please i dont wanna hear doctor because thats too long in school and i hate school. Another thing i wanted to come to england to maybe play football there or if not i would live there anyways and just watch football every week. Im really looking forward to living there and im hoping it will be alot better than living in usa eventhough living here has its advantages, but i was born in jamaica and i think i could fit in your country pretty well, and of course im pretty much doing this all for the football too.:rockman:

Oh yes, the highly specialised TA, these guys are better than SAS, SEAL or anything like that...the TA, that's where you wanna go!:p

On a serious note. Don't go to London, it's a fairly nice city but ya pay about a million quid a week for a single bedroom there...give or take:D

Yeh London is over populated and has the highest crime rate,but it does have its advantages. In London its multi cultual,you get a mix of black,asian,white living here. You get better and bigger job opportunities. Of course u also get many football team such as Chelsea,Arsenal,Fulham,Charlton,Wimbledon,Leyton Orient and of course the best of the lot....Spurs:p

You want a town or city in the midlands. Something like Lincoln for example.

I would stay clear of the South-East, way to expensive. The cheapest housing is in the North but unemployment is higher.
