I am looking for the best two strikers. Should I buy to madeira and tsigalkoor I should buy ronaldinho and jardel?

To Madeira and Maxim Tsigalko are both relatively cheap whereas the other two can cost megabucks. I'd go for the cheaper option but everyone will probably disagree with me.
