Yeah, because everyone knows that celebratory crackers are the number one cause of global warming and climate change. I also think one needs to take into account the unsociableness of the colossal amount of noise pollution they produce, not to mention that the shiney colours could reflect light which shine in someones eye and make them blink. I dont know why they're not banned in the Kyoto protocol - when will you festive people stop taking our planet for granted!
