Why not,i think is important almost as the front . First i have to say great face,but i will suggest you to do this:

you made these parts | and make them more ~ so it will be better,and try it with real neck,not ea's,i also don't like the profile,especially the sideburns(are totally different) and the hair colour(make it in the 2 sides more identical).I don't have side pics of him but i saw some and i think that is somehow different http://www.sporting-heroes.net/files_footballworldcup/BARZAGLI_A_20040818_GH_L.jpg
With these updates it can become perfect ;)
