Does anyone have the patch that allows to increase ticket price??

With bigGUI, and the patch to edit config.dat, you can extract the .ini files within config.dat(originally it's packed). So search on google for the newest bigGUI and some of a patch (I don't know how it's called, i;m not on the right pc at the moment, can edit my post). Extract career.ini to whatever map and open it with notepad. Scroll down and you will find 'Ticket Price Tweakening' or something like that. Under that line are three formules, Low price, Med price and high price. The number given after the formules indicates the ticket price > stadium capacity x this number. You can set these numbers higher to get more cash every home-match. Just search for the right value by trying different numbers (With this you don't screw up an existing career).

Finished setting a value? Save the notepad file, go back to bigGUI and IMPORT that file. It will ask for overwriting, accept that (You can make a backup of the original .ini before you edit it if you want to roll back the settings later on). Now close the program, start FIFA and try it out. If it's still too low (the setting), edit your ini file, import it again.

Japanese cant speak english very well.
I can write it cuz im college student.
But I can write complex word and sentence with English dictionary(^^)
and I cant speak and hear english very well!!

I can`t open config.dat with biggui. What else i must do to open it?

You need a patch (biggui_patch.exe) which gives you the possibility to edit config.dat. After that, you go (in biggui) to open and select not all supported filetypes but all files. Navigate to the FIFA Main folder and select config.dat.

Found a way to attach files here on this forums, stupid I didn't see it earlier.
If I have it right, the BigGUI attached is already fixed so you don't have to run the patch first. Just run BigGUI.exe and enjoy.

You don't need any special tools to tweak parameter values. Just create a text file called USER.INI, in either the FIFA 07 program files directory (the same place as CONFIG.DAT) or in the FIFA 07 folder in My Documents (in which case the tweaks will only apply to the current user). The important thing to remember is to include the section headers (the lines in square brackets) where appropriate, so a USER.INI to change ticket prices might look like:

TICKET_PRICE_H = 12.5
