1. How come my (attacking) players cant seem to play two games in a row and maintain 90%+ fitness?

2. How does co-ownership work? How come some players can be half-bought and some cant?

3. How can I convince Ronaldinho to join Milan? Barca wants to sell him and he is actually "concerned at the clubs willingness to listen to offers" (or something like that. But still I offer him like the biggest contract in history (€250,000k/w, €50k per goal, €50k per assist and €50k per appearance!!! Also added a 25% increment of wages every year.) And he still rejects me even though Im ranked #2 in Europe.

I have that same 3rd problem. De Rossi, Aquilani, Cassano, Joaquin etc. none of them will sign for me!

3. Because he loves the club he is at. I as arsenal couldn't sell Fjungberg to Chelsea because he loved the club to much

set his squad status as "not needed by the club".

you should be able to sell him then.

setting his transfer status to transfer listed also helps.

Perhaps you're training schedule is too heavy? So they lose condition faster. I dont have those problems, my strikers only get injured for 2 months each time. (H) Its february and my main striker Carraciolo has actually been able to play a total of 4 league matches. The rest of the time he was injured, while in the first season he couldve played 38 matches.

If it says: "Player X isn't intrested in a move to Club Y." You never will be able to sign even if you give him all the money you can he still won't come. Accept it and don't waste anymore time at him....

Same here.

I play Depor and I have Tristan, Taborda, Cesar Delgado and Ruben Castro. All clinical finishers but they always get injured and their stats decrease.

Well I believe it's like this that if a player is co-owned both clubs have to bid at the end of his contract for the full rights of him. The club who makes the highest bid gets the player.
Though I did hear the whole co-ownership thingy has a few bugs in FM 2006. But I think this is beeing repaired in the newest patch(Don't know for sure though).

I don't like this game. I think FM05 was much better. The match engine sucks in 2006 and the transfer market is just way too overpriced and unrealistic.

Go to Training after your match and assign all your players to rest. I usually rest my players 1 day after the match but you can decide to rest them for 1-3 days or a week.

I think you can just go to Options and select Rest Players After Match, or something like that. I'm not sure if it's in FM06 or not, however.
