I just changed the resolution of the face image, but in fact there should be several files in the faces section, this is especially important for dark-skinned players, otherwise their face in the game will look matte.

Yes, just look at the faces from EA, they have 3 cells in the face files, and the face size is 1024 and not 512, I personally had a problem with this, and so your faces are very good.
