The Wolf NEW e_text.afs for 2005 Patch

Hey, after a number (ok, a lot) of people said they didn't like the menu icons I've updated them based upon Footboys menu screen graphics. Also, some of the backgrounds have been changed (the ones people said they didn't like).

In addition, I've updated all the balls names for the 2005 patch so in the menu now it will have names like 'Nike Aerow Red' etc. instead of the old names.

Any hints on which str file you edited? I tried messing around with it last night, unpacking some of the str's with ZLIB manager and tossing em into a hex editor...nothing I did worked though.

lcm_e.str (about slot 26)
mc_e.str (1st slot)
mode_select_e.str (slot 18)
mo_online_e.str (slot 1)

Use DkZ Studio 0.59b. (http://files.filefront.com/dkZ_Studio_059/;3776544;;/fileinfo.html)

- Open the e_data.afs
- Locate the .str files
- Go to the correct slot
- Edit the text in the top window and click change text.
- When all changes are made, regenerate the .afs and use that as your new e_data.afs

In the last pic, why that man look like horse? Me feed him hay and he become like champion runner. Live in stable maybe with nice stable girl giving him scrub-down every day. When gameday come he say "nay" rather than communicate in human words. Ref not book him for "foul & abusive" language anymore.
