Right.. Fulham. Some major updates on squad numbers please.. e.g. Malbranque now no.4, Bocanegra no.3, Andy Cole no.9 (Sava's on loan this season) etc..
Formation-wise, I'm slightly doubtful about a 4-4-1-1.. how about a 4-5-1 where the midfield is on the lines of: DMF-CMF-CMF-RMF-LMF? Legwinski, in my opinion, would never be an OMF...
Or, if you'd like to stick to your current formation, could you make it a CMF-CMF-CMF-RMF-LMF??
In all cases, I think the two wingers (John and Boa Morte) should be a bit more forward, so they'd look like WFs..

opt file would be great but Ive noticed some flaws :
*minor : there are some trophies unlocked , I don't like that :/
*chelsea : ****ty formation! robben should replace duff , and robben should be set on pitch just like tiago is in this formation ( revert it by sides ) ; and carvahlo should replace bridge ( but gallas is playin on the left )
*barcelona : I was mad when I saw this formation
I simply HATE this particular one : please go back to default one ( just set eto'o on forward , ronaldinho on the left , giuly on the right , 3 pivots in the middle ( deco - marquez - xavi ) , thats how barcelona is playing atm.
*juventus : zlatan on the bench? sick joke ( replace trezeguet )

Yeah, I saw this last night AFTER I'd done all my editing
Had a play around with it but discovered it corrupts a lot of stuff when you save PC option files at them oment and you can transfer players if the team slots are full just like in the in-game editor. Hopefully the next version will be more useful.
Ok having a look with that option file editor, theres a load of Charlton errors.
Tucker was released ages ago, over write him with someone useful. No idea how they rated him as I think he barely played for the reserves.
Campbell-Ryce left a few days ago to Rotherham, but has played for Jamaica, so possibly keep him in?
Turner left a few weeks ago, not really needed.
Euell plays for Jamaica now, could be added to the squad.
Kiely shouldn't really have 'direct goalkeeper kick' I know this is stats but anyone whos seen him knows he isn't good at accurately kicking. Sleeves always short. Royce and Andersen always long I think.
Fish shouldn't be in the South Africa squad anymore - he retired from international football IRL.
Perry is a centre back, not really a full back, defintly NOT a side midfielder.
Hreidarsson - not really a side midfiedler.
Sankofa can play at right back so add side back.
Fortune yes used to be a striker but not really enough to have striker as a position.
El Karkouri - get rid of the '-' in between not used in England

Holland take away playmaking, take passing off Murphy (assuming thats accuracy).

(Please note that some adjustments can't be made because of the restrictions of the in-game editor. At the moment, some transfers are not possible because of a limited number of player slots per team. Also, I do not intend on editing ANY stats for players as this is purely subjective and until we have an editor which will import the stats from Football Manager 2005 (the new version of CM4), I'm not looking to update statistics.)
Please remember that if you are suggesting an update to a national team, let me know which player they should be replacing as we cannot just add players to a national squad, somebody has to be replaced.
Some starting line-ups for squads are taken from recent game reports so please don't flame me if this isn't your 'favourite' starting line-up. Suggestions for line-ups should be in the format:

Be careful with FM stats as some aren't completely filled in so it won't really work properly.

jeez... man you're amazing... awesome work,
one thing I did notice though, for national sides like Holland, Germany, Czech rep. the names are correct but the faces are still the original crap (eg. Davids with blond hair).
This is really easy to fix in game too, you just have to re-register the players(the ones that actually have the real faces) from their clubs.

Can you give me the charlton formation and starting line-up as in the format I showed above and I'll change it straight away bud in the option file.
Well at the moment they are playing 451, may go back to 442 though.
