I need to check the models first. To give you an example: you asked for some French stadium updates. I totally agree with you that many stadiums would need an update but the models in PES 2021 are the same as in FIFA 16 so it wouldn't make any sense because it's the same quality. For the Italian stadiums omarbonvi updated them so they are in higher quality but I need to check everytime if it makes sense or not. Hope it's clear what I want to say.

Perfectly clear! It would be a tremendous waste of time to convert PES20/21 stadium that were converted from FIFA16 in the first place.

Hi all,
we continue with the Hellas Verona stadium. I don't know who the original author is, but I also assume that omarbonvi created it for PES 2021. Also thanks to @D5ouglas for the crowd files and to @STrent for the glare files. For once there is only one version, the league version also contains a tournament dressing, so you can use the stadium directly. I hope you enjoy it!

Hi all,
the journey continues through Italy and the next stop is Monza. Here a big thank you to @D5ouglas, who converted the Stadio Brianteo from eFootball 24. I only made a few adjustments, such as the banners from @RavenFCB's, a tournament dressing and a few other little things. @STrent improved the glare files and it is the league and tournament version in one. Enjoy!

I would like to do that, but as I have already explained, from my perspective there are no better models than we currently have. For PES 2021, the FIFA 16 models have simply been converted.
but I'm sorry but there are stadiums which have not yet been converted for example the Parc des Princes with the blue roof has still not been converted even though it is an excellent model for stadiums which have not yet been converted. have not yet been done (annecy, paris fc etc) or even stadiums made on fifa 14 which are perfect (as monaco, paris sg etc)

We have an EA version for Parc des Princes, otherwise I read a lot here about Ligue 2 stadiums that don't really interest me. Monaco would be the only stadium that would be possible, but that's a very complex model and I don't have the energy for it at the moment. But you are welcome to try it yourself.

Let me see it because I haven't seen it and for the Louis II stadium I don't know how to convert stadiums so unless there is a tutorial I can't do it

Not with the blue roof, but we have an EA version that you could edit. And we didn't have any tutorials, there's a thread in the forum here that explains a lot of things. We taught ourselves everything else. Anyone can learn it, but most people are just too lazy and say they can't do it.

We already have a very good version. Does the blue roof really matters that much?
In my opinion no.
As for the Louis 2, the eafh (I think) is pretty decent/good.
As for modding, it is something that takes time to learn and do. So even if you are not willing to give money (I won't either), you can show your respect by at least being respectful and polite (don't want to sound like an old fart here, but I see you are new here). But one has to start somewhere, so if you want to start yourself, I am sure you would get advices and probably help by more experienced modders.
