The "What we got for Christmas" Thread

Yet another year of holiday stress has been finished, and now we can count up the booty that we collected. Here's how I did:

-Five shirts (3 from American Eagle, 2 from A+F)
-Two pairs of jeans (Old Navy)
-2007 ESPN Sports Almanac
-2007 Guinness Book of Records
-Six video games for the PS2 (FIFA 07, Scarface, GTA: LCS, and the GTA Trilogy box set)
-Three books about futebol (including the FIFA Centennial book--two years after the fact, but better late than never I suppose)
-80 American currency credits (otherwise known as the dollar)

holy **** :funny: have you never played any of them before? If you haven't, your might as well put your life on hold for the next year! (I would also suggest playing them in order)

from my parents. I sort of hinted......*ehem*, I mean begged them to get me the SNL book, but the other three items were all a complete surprise to me in a really good way. They know how much I worship Jim Henson but I don't ever recall mentioning to them that I wanted the DVDs, man.

Two boxes of gourmet cookies (double chocolate/oatmeal), and a Christmas themed Afgani blanket from my grandmother. I've now got three of these blankets from her and they're probably the most heart-warming gifts of 'em all.

I'm a serious cologne junkie and my sister does her best in taking a hard line against my depravity by buying me a different one each Christmas....

and that's it.

six pack.....hehehehe

from my sister.

nawt much, just a Philly hoodie i've wanted for more years than i care to remember.

NEAT, SWEETO! I thought that your interest in American football was in feign? Like a put on or something.

I've never met a European, much less a Brit, who genuinely digs football.

Tintin and Charlie Brown were probably two of my biggest heroes growing up.

not exactly glory hunting. my brother's girlfriend is from Boston. her father is a die hard Patriot so I didn't have much choice haha. He introduced me to it.

Matt, I've played Vice City and San Andreas, but my VC disc is damaged beyond repair, and I somehow managed to lose my SA game. That's why I got the Trilogy box set.
