Alright, look at this guy i found a 22 year old scout, David Jarret. He's a Free agent at the start of the game i just signed him and he only asks for 300 euros a week.

I always sign David Jarett, good scout, young too, noone beats Kit Carson though, gotta love the guy (and his picture )

my complete staff, they basically all are great

Cody from what i have read on the SICommunity forums it doesnt matter how many physios you have once you get over 4, just thought id mention.

Per schedule, though, right Tom? If you don't assign any to your schedules, they do crap all. If you have 12 schedules, what'll 4 physios be able to do?

I rarely sign staff. Only if it's really needed...

I always use 1 AM, 8 coaches, 4 physios, and 3 scouts. Only rarely am I at clubs that have those from the start.

Thought Cody would have Ventrone (spelling?) in there. I usually sign him and Van Praag at the beginning if I'm at a big club as they're free. I usually have about 10-12 coaches and 4 physios.

Puh, signing a lot of staff is one of my nasty habits I always sign as much as I can .

I dont have Ventrone: He doesnt speak English, all my staffs have to speak English, because I play an English team.

Im especially proud of my scouts, I can basically scout all the world at once

Yeah same with me, i have about 10 top scouts at Barca, they never rest.

I don't usually worry about the 'language barrier' as foreign coaches learn the language of their adopted league in around one season anyway. I'm just starting my second season with Vigo at present. Ventrone is speaking Spanish just fine now as is Van Praag, another freebie at the start.

Yes, I do need a new one, I cant care enough though to go to the graphics forum, ask someone, go to my user place, change the current URL to the new URL, its so much work...
