FC Dallas are just getting worked by the ref in the second half. Chivas' equalizing goal involved a clear handball. Now they sent off Moor for retaliating to an elbow by a Chivas player. Moor deserved the red, but it would have never happened if the original foul was called to begin with.

Yeah the second half was a disgrace from the refs standpoint. That was such a clear hand ball at least the lineman should have seen it if not the ref and then the situation with the sending off was just balls.

Is Beckham playing tonight?

Juan Carlos Toja is amazing, someone get him on the fast track to US citizenship ASAP. He has a combination of skill, athleticism, tenacity and defensive ability that you almost never see in American players. Best player on the field tonight (I only saw the second half though).

Well, just got home to see the final score.

Not bad, for our second division youth squad.
The average age of this team was 22 years.

Now for the real deal!
Pachuca did bring their starters for this next game, and they are pure class.

LA being ole'd in their own stadium, someone tell them they're at home.

I have no idea what the Galaxy fans are doing but even though they filled up an entire end (the one behind the LA goal) they are in NO voice whatsoever, it's pathetic.

Is Beckham gonna be playing at all in the SuperLiga?
----

First half just ended. Pachuca pretty much dominated from start to finish except for a few good spells from LA here in there. I can't believe it's still 0-0.

Uh... Is Landon playing?

Man, the galaxy are sh't.
Pachuca will problably substitute one of the two new strikers for "La Chilindrina".

Edit: Something didn't look right about that number I gave above. The average age of our team on the field today was actually 20 years.

Those were two very entertaining matches (the second one was better). Great result for LA, it was great to see how they gave it everything in the second half against a very good Pachuca team. I'm looking forward to the matches tomorrow. Thumbs up to the SuperLiga so far (Y)

clear handball? got to be kidding me sure, the ball hit his fist but it was clearly not intentional, it just happened after ball rebounded of him. can not tell me that was intentional. other than that I think Chivas deserved to win but Dallas GK made some excellent saves specially during corner kicks...

why does it have to be black man, why can't he just be dallas's keeper?? racist

Anyway, come on man that was an obvious handball and I'm speaking as a neutral, you don't get much more clear cut than that.

Why is Chivas not taking this tournament seriously? Sending they youth squad and all.

then clearly you have no idea what a handball is. yes i agree it is a handball but no way was it intentional it was just a rebound oh but according to your logic I am assuming that you think that Olvera is so fast that he reacted so quick that he was able to position his fist so that the ball would bounce in front him so that he could take that sweet shot with his left foot. L O L, either way doesn't matter cause ref saw it correctly and let the goal count....

By using the hand, intentionally or not, the player managed to get an advantage because the ball clearly changed direction and positioned him in a great unmarked position which he wasn't going to be in if the ball had not stopped dead when it touched his hand. If that same handball happened at midfield you might have a case with your argument but not when it results in a goal.

You never answered the question that I really cared about and that is why is Chivas not taking this seriously?

Don't be so bias, dude. It was a handball because he used it to his advantage. Intentional or not. Overall it was a good game, although to be honest I only watched bits and pieces of it. I don't care much for club soccer I guess.

Because the following players just played the Gold Cup and the Copa America;

Francisco Javier Rodríguez (Chivas Starter)
Jonny Magallón (Chivas Starter)
Alberto Medina (Chivas Starter)
Omar Bravo (Chivas Starter)
Gonzalo Pineda (Chivas Starter)
Ramón Morales (Chivas Starter, Captain)

Also, the following players just played the FIFA U-20 World Cup;

Patricio Araujo (Chivas Bench)
Arturo Ledesma (Chivas Bench)
Omar Esparza (Chivas Bench)
Javier Hernandez (Chivas Bench)

They deserved atleast a little rest don't you think?

Damn I didn't know man :|, I'm sorry I'm not at current with everything about the Chivas squad hence the asking of questions regarding it.

but is not the players fault that he accidentally gained an advantage. the advantage is the result of an unintentional handball or accident. now if the player had done it on purpose like Messi or Aguero then I would call it an advantage and more than that call it cheating. i am not being bias this play reminds me of the one in Mexico vs u.s (1st friendly) were Donovan took advantage of the rebound that came of the ref when Pardo tried to pass to the side. to me this is exactly the same instance except this time it is an accidental and unintentional hand instead of the body of a referee....
