I dont know why it is called a cheat tactic.

Anyone can use whatever tactic they like and I dont think any formation should be called cheating.

Anyway im trying to find a good formation.

Is this what the tactic is supposed to look like?

similar, defence and middies pushed closer together though. and after round 7 they are modifying it to pay more emphasis on defence, so that tactic will not work as effectively, hey mate, why dont you try and be original with your tactics?

I just dont think its a cheat tactic.

It is probably a good tactic but it only works if you have the team for it and it is not impossible to beat as people have beaten it many times before.

I dont know what tactic can beat it.

If you look in the managerzone official forum in the general part search for cheat tactic and there are tonnes of topics and people are always saying there ------instert tactic here---- can beat the 4-3-3.

The only people that would know that is the managerzone crew.

If they thought that was so and that it was a cheat then why dont they ban the whole tactic from people using it?

Not necessarily. White StarZ, one of the most successful teams who uses it, plays Use Wings and Offensive.

There are tactics which can beat it, and the only way you can is to play to your strengths. Do you have better offensive or defensive players? Do you have good passing skills? Ask yourself all these questions and you'll soon find the tactic which is right for you...

The Crew can't just ban a tactic at a whim, they have to recode the sim to prevent it... which is what they are doing. Why release a new simulator in a few weeks if there's nothing wrong with it?

Alistar was right. It makes use of a flaw in the game with pushed up defences, as this one has seven in defence it makes the best use of that flaw.

Check some matches with the live packages if possible (preferably analyser where if you hit the 'o' key it will bring up offside lines). You will see the seven in defence is hard to get past but not cheating. But when they do get through, they won't shoot until a defender gets back, allowing the defender to tackle them.

Do you really think anyone would complain if the defence wasn't pushed up and it was a normal tactic? With the defence further back it'd concede a few more (i.e. long shots could go in) but it'd be more fair and with seven back helping out the defence it'd still be tough to get past anyway.

Jesus Christ, does yours let you have your players that close together? Personally I use this tactic... it's been working extremely well for me recently, although i have no idea how it'll work with other people.. try it if you want..

hm... I think I'll try that for a couple of games, see how it works out for me :) any specific instructions? like short passing, etc?
