i used to be able to run the mile in 7:20. i noe its slow but i am 6'5 and 210 so i guess its alright. but then i messed up my knee and now i can run one in sub 9 :(

Yeah mate, rowing. Ive got the New Zealand School Champs on at the start of April. Its gonna be huge. Im training so much for it, its gonna be great :)

im on my skools track team, we havnt had any meets yet so i cant tell you my times.But im more of an edurance runner rather than a sprinter. But i used to be a good sprinter back when i was like 9:rolleyes:

I can definately understand your pressure. It might just seem like two meager seconds to beat, but I know it's a whole lot harder. I had to strive to beat .4 to qualify for district when I started once.. and it took me forever! Work out your leg muscles alot, eat healthy and yeah good luck!

You need to run for that though i thought you'd just spend most of youre time in the gym
