When I say luck, I refer to the first 28 games of the season. As in, you're lucky you were still contenders when your team started playing well.

OrgulloVikingo, what distractions are you talking about? What has Eto'o done that's worse than say... Roberto Carlos saying he doesn't want to play with Madrid anymore or David Beckham going to the US.

^^ Roberto and Beckam's actions are based on their future's rather than the performance of other players. Similar to what Larsson did last season in Barca. He chose to move on but still continued to give 100% to the team. Because of their impending departure, the bond between the players has grown stronger and quite possibly, may the reason why the team is playing their hearts out every game since. Just my opinion though.

Eto'o twice criticized his team players and the coach.. Here read for yourself

i really hate the ******* fa for this. bunch of idiots, but iam sure madrid can sort out a deal with the brazillian fa.

there is still another 2 weeks untill the copa america starts.

i have a feeling we are really going to miss diarra on sunday but hopefully emerson and gago can do the job.

well done the fa ruins it for everyone else again.

Robinho will NOT play against Mallorca.

He is on his way to Brazil´s training camp.

im not worried. both Higuaín and Reyes can play LW, but i feel sorry for Robinho who wont be able to participate in the biggest match of the season. :(

Words are that Gago and Higuain could also be called up for the Copa America. That would REALLY be f*cked up! Pipita improves our attack so much with his incredible speed and precise running. And Gago is just phenomenal in letting the game flow more. He dictates the game and we need him! Shame for Robinho, I feel sorry for the guy!

But really, we should be able to win! No matter how much money they pay Mallorca, TALENT is something you cant buy and we have ALOT more talent than Mallorca!

Actually, talent can be bought. That's how you build a great team ;).

But I understand your point. :D

Good that you understand it, because after I posted it I was like **** people can understand that wrong haha! ;)

GREAT that Robinho and Diarra will play! They are f*cking important! Calderon did great job!

EDIT:
This is something im afraid off!

What a faggot that Dunga! Let the kid play for his club and then he'll come to your trainingcamp! Unbelieveble! Lets hope we dont get any penalties for this, because if they didnt reach an agreement then I would let Robinho go to Brazil. We can play Reyes on his position without risking any FIFA penalties so lets hope Calderon doesnt do anything stupid in this.

That's a good point, but if you look closer at the article, it was Ronaldinho and Rijkaard who criticised him first... but that's not the point. I consider it more of a distraction that Roberto Carlos left because "I don’t deserve more suffering" and "After three years without winning anything I had to take a decision."

And are you going to tell me that Beckham's departure wasn't a distraction? It was all the press would talk about for weeks, and it led to Capello not trusting Beckham's commitment for a while.

And lets not forget about Cassano....

As for Robinho and Diarra... We are losing Dani Alves and Kanoute to the same national teams. If Robinho plays on Sunday it will be scandelous.

Why would it be scandelous? It would be at the FA's descrestion who is allowed to play and who is not allowed to play...Madrid would have nothing to do with it ( except for maybe having better negotiation skills in getting Robinho to be allowed to play, like giving them some money or something like that ). And that's only if he does play.

It would be a clear case of preferential treatment...

Not really, we are still negotiating with them to let Robinho play. Not sure what we are talking to them about...I would guess money to give them to release Robinho. If it was going to be a clear case of better treatment than they would have let Robinho go without all the hassle that they are causing.

Sevillista is really obsessed with Madrid lately! Seems like he'll have any excuse for anything just not to agree with us. Madrid are really getting under his skin. Poor fellow...nothing is fair in his world...

Robinho will play 100%. Fifa has sent the Spanish football fed. a message to let him play against Mallorca. We have won the battle of Robinho, now Mallorca ;)

Cant wait!!!

Thats great news. Not because he has been palying great, but because It would be a shame if he wasn't around in the last game of the season.

I think that makes sense..

Honestly, how can FIFA justify sending Dani Alves to Brasil and not Robinho? I don't know the specific rules about this, but they should be enforced equally. Now we'll see what happens with our players from Mali.

The fair thing would be to let both players finish La Liga (and in our case, the Copa). Neither should miss the last match of a hard-fought season. Either way, FIFA should be consistent.
