I have to disagree with you on that one. It was a little mistake by keeper but the shot was powerful and right in corner and that was enough to trick the goalkeeper. He could, ofcourse save the net but it's not like he just let the ball go under his legs.

we had about 5 or 6 players from real madrid playing for the under 21s, i think soldado will be back next season, and we still have the option to buy jurado back if we want to and if he starts to play really well i dnt see why not.

Oh the irony, no other than Beckham made the difference today, before I only read trashing comments about him in this forum but yesterday he showed that he is still a big asset for any team. Madrid made a real big mistake with benching him and eventually selling him. And of course Ruud was there to save the day

Actually from reading other people report of the match apart from the freekick Beckham did not do much. Slowed the attack down and crossed the ball as soon as he got it which went stright to a RS player. I have not seen the match so I won't say much but I would tend to agree with that.

Beckham was the reason as to why we won. Those people are idiots that criticised him, and are blinded by their ignorance. Beckham was one of the few people on the pitch that wanted to win, and played his heart out. He was everywhere. He played a part in both goals.

I never meant to attack Beckham if that's how you saw it? But from what I read pretty much everyone was crap, Beckham, Emerson, Guti, Raul, Cannavaro who should have been sent off, and etc. The reason we won seems to do more with the RS keeper being very crappy on both goals.

My post wasn't directed at you. I really thought Beckham did a good job, although his freekick should have been saved.
