Ive only seen the 2nd half live and the 2 goals from the 1st half.
Atletico looked the better team and could/should have won.
My MoM RM = Diarra looked like a Monster Player, good defensive, good offensive, good in the air, winning balls - S U P E R B
my MoM AM = that kid Aguiero (even if he missed a sitter because he wanted to do it too nice) - fantastic talent with no flaws visible tonight (no diving, playacting or being a red mist)
Casillas - wasn't Super-Iker as pointed out, but dealt with what came to his goal more or less safe.
Mejia looked active and solid imo - don't know how he was in 1st half tough.
Cannavaro did much better than in previous games.
Ramos again showed he still has a lot to learn - the handball card was totally not necessary and the 2nd one - well yes the atletico player made a meal out of it - but Ramos was on a yellow, going into that "running challenge" lifts up his arm and hits the atletico player in the face - what do you expect the ref to do (Note he gave him a second yellow not a straight red).
R.Carlos - 2nd half - moaning to the ref constantly (will he ever grow up?!) other than that I only noticed to Crossfield balls by him - nothing more.
Diarra looked like a Monster, good defensive, good offensive, good in the air, winning balls - S U P E R B
I haven't really noticed Emerson on the pitch so probably neither good nor bad.
Guti was ok, but hacked constantly and humbled around afterwards
Reyes not really eye catching in those 20 mins I've seen him - he deserves to start non the less atm - he had very good performances recently
Raul - ran a lot, no real threat in the 2nd half tough - probably had a good 1st half
Nistelrooy nothing really eye catching either, except a twist and turn and a half chance.
Bravo - won headers, didn't notice him otherwise
Becks - hitting a freekick in the wall, moaning and just plan-less-ly hitting the ball forward
Ronaldo - sneaky step ahead only to get fouled afterwards. he still needs training and matchfitness + playing time - if it should come good.
and please to your Robinho-propaganda wagon - get real a bit - Madrid was down to 10 men, playing a narrow 4-4-1 formation afterwards on counter attack.
Just rather think about how Cassano must feel that Ronaldo got picked ahead of him - despite him being in fine form!
