what about Robinho if he comes? Seriusly, the midfield then, if noone leaves would be Gravesen, Beckham, Zidane, Solari, Guti, Robinho, Ballack. Too much.

Zidane isn't getting any younger, or any better.

Nuno when he means last great contract. that doesn't mean Money period. It means GREAT league chance or great team, And yes he will be missed but he knows inside his heart he is a Bayern Boy.

Figo was our best player in first half of this season(with Iker), he did so much for Real. I fill sorry for him to leave in that way - he could play much more.

Good luck for him!

I know what it means. I wasn't referring to money at all. It's his last chance to sign for a team like Real Madrid.

I know u do i just wanted to explain to other people too :p. so Yea if u guys sign him he will def help better with the Midfield battles and will be great at defense and offense in the midfield. Plus u gotta love his attitude on the field, and whats good is outside the game he isn't cocky at all which is a good thing

what real has done with Figo is ridiculous. This guy was your best player in the first half of the season, while others played like crap(i.e. Raul, Beckham, Zidane, Ronaldo) then Luxembourgo(idiot) arrives and he loses his starting spot imediately, while players like Zidane continue to play.

Thank God he is finally leaving

thats cuz we decided to play with 3 forwards , and one of our midfielders had to be sacrified...
also im very happy wat i just read at Marca.com , that Robinho would prefer
to come to Real instead of any othe rteam... (6) (6)

yeah Luxemburgo is an idiot, despite the fact that he turned around Real's season, and brought them the most points out of anyone in the second part of the season. Figo doesnt fit his system, end of discussion. Results show it was the right decision.

oooooo very good news about Robinho! i was starting to get worried when the damn Arsenal reports came up.

as for Figo, good luck wherever he decides to move to. he's been amazing for Real Madrid. but right before Luxa arrived he was total sh!t. he slowed down our attack and just lost the ball in every siatuation he was in. AND he's getting old. Zidane is too, but like someone said. Zidane can be crap for 70 minutes and then with just 1 move turn a match totally around. that's Zizou! :jambo:

Roberto Carlos:

- Robinho will be the best player in the world.

- before i hang up my boots, i wanna play as a midfielder in Santos.

and if someone talks sh!t about Luxemburgo..

Waay too many rumors already, It's startint to frustrate me. For all I know I just want these players:

- Miguel OR Sergio Ramos (RCB, RB)
- Robinho (LF)
- Claudio Maldonado (CM)
- Cristiano Ronaldo OR Joaquin (LWM,RWM)

...thats it. YOUTH, YOUTH, YOUTH. :jap:

Is that why Luis Figo led our entire team in assists both in La Liga and Champions' League?

Come on.

Figo was our best player this season behind Casillas and Ronaldo.

This isn't Luxa's fault. He did what he thought was the best for the team: to sit one galactico. He used Figo as RW and CAM, and Figo didn't play good in any of those positions. Meanwhile, Owen was scoring in almost every game, coming from the bench.

In La Liga, with Luxemburgo as coach and:
Figo as a starter: 14 matches, 9 W - 1 D - 3 L -> 67% and out of CL
Figo in bench: 8 matches, 6 W - 2 D - 0 L -> 83%
(i guess he didn't lose his spot "inmediately" )

He could have sit Raul, Beckham or Zidane instead of Figo, but i guess none of them would have bitch around like Figo . I agree that he was one of the best players in the first half of the season, and he has been great for the past 4 years, but we must think in the "greater good": the team. If Luxa thought that the team would be better w/o Figo in the starting XI (but coming from the bench in every match), Figo should had agreed with him. And the fact is that the team was better w/o Figo. If Figo doesn't like to be on the bench, he can move to another team. I will feel sad, like i have said 100000 times, because he's one of my favourites players, but as a Real Madrid fan, the team comes first to me.

It's Figo's call. Luxemburgo already said it: "I wouldn't have any problem if Figo wants to stay another season". But if Figo wants to start every game until he retires and/or an extension until 2007, he should go. :jambo:

Drvar

that was all the first part of the season. he basicly carried the team then, similar like last year when he was the only one trying. its sad to see him go, but hey, he did everything he could for us here.

Thats your opinion, sadly he is 33 years old and his perfomance lat season have been 0 in all the important matches, when Figo was benched Real Madrid played MUCH MUCH better.

Its said but he is over for Real Madrid. He sucked a lot in many important matches, being in very very bad shape.

Figo is behaving like an arrogant bastard, he cant be in the bench cause he is too arrogant for that. Glad he will be sold/leaving :-)

Nice player, too arrogant, even for Real Madrid :boohoo:

I'm really afraid of how Robinho would fit in Real Madrid. I know he playing amazing in Brasil league, but there is way easier for player like him than in Europe. Someone could say that Carlos is also small player and he played great in Europe, but Robinho is even slighter, and he's not so strong as Roberto.

And one more thing:
Does someone have photo with Robinho sitting/standing next to R. Carlos?
