Pffft please :rolleyes: Dude, Owen does not suck a starter, he is a great player and an important one too. He just needs chances to prove himself to be a first teamer, and he doesn't get enough of that, unfortunately.

owen has great stats and is probably a great player..but when you have that many world class strikers in a team you really should grab your chances when they come, and he simply hasn't done that.

with raul's form i guess it would'nt be too much to ask, but don't forget raul is madrids golden boy, the captain, the hero.

i dont think its all that bad to give him a few more chances.

owen hasn't exactly impressed with 90 minutes.

If only Ranieri would have stayed a couplpe more weeks. :( Valencia will play an XI like last year's of Benitez.

along with the games vs Sevilla and Barcelona, this will be one of the hardest matches. a win will be extremely difficult to get (considering how good they're playing and how irregular we are), so i will be 'happy' if, at the end of the day, the gap with Barcelona isn't bigger than 6 points.

i have low hopes for this game. but i would be 10 times more happy if we advanced in the CL, and lost this, than if we had won this and lost the CL.
