I only have one thing to say. Wasn't that goal by Ronny with the hand in the start of the league, Sporting would have won this sh*t. Not complaining about the refs or something. But wanting to repeat the match against Leiria? How about that one? 1 point decided the whole championship...

Still, congrats to Porto, even with a bad second half of the league, they did a marvelous first half, something Sporting or Benfica didn't.

If Sporting play like this in the cup game next sunday, we will win it. We are playing madness.

Well, I was expecting this outcome, think we all were really.

Meh.. Congrats Porto fans, except to the super murcões scumbags, but those aren't really porto fans, are they?

At least this one was a more competitive season, that's good.

Next season we'll have a more complete squad with more depth, hopefully.


p.s.: Alcides (I think he's on PSV now) was at the stadium watching Benfica, I have no idea what the hell he was doing there, I suppose he's not returning to the team, though?! Because that would be a stupid move to let him go and return now.

I was just gonna comment on those news: there is no way we're signing Alexandre Pato! No chance! Inter certainly isn't going to sell him so early, he's definitely going to stay there at least one more year. And, even if they were to sell, he's out of our budget and many bigger/richer clubs would get ahead.

He's a great talent, who has a tremendous future ahead of him, but there's no way he'll be our player, unfortunately. It's just the usual BS to sell papers that's already starting...

Actually, it is possible. The same way we got Luisão, first we only paid one half or something and an investment group bought the rest of his pass.

Still, if he is that good (I believe in you, never heard of him to be honest) then it's unlikely we get him.

But I think staying with us for 1-2 seasons to adapt to european football (the faster rhythm of play) and then move to a club like Real Madrid or Manchester United would be good for him.

But I do agree it's just probably BS, and if it isn't now it's even harder to get him, with this information made public in the cover of a newspaper.

Yes, Pato really is that good. Fast, great technique, good finishing and strong header. A really complete striker, at only 17. But it's one of those cases where the hype may go against him, as he's only been playing as a "senior" for 6 months and still has a lot to learn.

read somewhere that Veiga is trying to exchange Messi's goal for Derlei, but because Getafe is claiming the top of the Premiership ahead of ManU the deal is very likely to colapse, especially because Derlei is still a legend in Moscow.
