I don't want to acuse anyone specifically but for example i don't consider u as one of the best persons around here (even being a portista), it's just my point of view...

Look, you have the right to your opinion, as long as it doesn't go against the rules of this board.
You don't have to like me. In fact, I know that in the position I am at I'm likely to get both praise and hate, and it doesn't bother me one bit. It's just the way things are. You get the same treatment as everybody else, liking me or not, being portuguese or not. If any of this did bother me, then I should resign.

About being polite, yes, we try to be as polite, fair and frank as possible, and that's part of the reasons why me and shinji are mods for more than 2 years.
Are we clear? ;)

ok, i'm probably the only Boavista supporter around here and maybe is wise to leave a few statements. I'm sorry Fighter insn't allowed to read them, since his got red card, bu t i allways got along with him even though our clubs are rivals

- William also got injured in the right shoulder. While holding the ball on the ground a Guimaraes player kicked him accidently (i think) in his shoulder, and that's why he kept stoping the game, because of that injury. He also suffered a "traumatismo craniano" from the sad chair scene....:kader:

- Why do you complain so much about the ref? Palatsi should have been sent off when he comitted the penalty, that's clear! And he deserved a yellow card (and a penalty) for clearly grabbing Luiz Claudio's shirt in the area, but the ref got it wrong and booked Claudio. The only thing you can complain is about Filipe Anunciaçao not getting a yellow card for the handball.

- The attittude you still have about Boavista players remains pure jealousy! We're clearly a bigger, better and more sucessful club than you now! This is not the 80's anymore! And that kind of attitude (throwing rocks at our bus??! Ripping off the seats of your own brand new stadium!?? Boavista's "dirigentes" being attacked in the VIP area??!) proves that your just a local club, not a european club like Boavista.

- It all started with a discussion between Eder and A Martins. Cleber got into it and instead of peacing it down e attacked Eder wich lead to those shamefull incidents!

- Pimenta Machado mentioned violence in Alverxa and Paços de Ferreira... what is he talking about? I went to those matches with Ala Dura and nothing happened...

- Last season, when Gil Vicente played in Bessa (and won 0-1), Boavista was "projudicado" by the referee. In the end of the match Turra and Paulo Alves got into a similiar discussion and both Pacheco and Gil's coach separated them immidiatly. That proves that that kind of mentality is typical of that city. They say that we're violent. They're the ones who are. In the field we're agressive, but not violent....

sorry about the big post, just wanted to clear it up

Question;

Where did Bettencourt get the torn, short sleeved Rui Jorge shirt?

RJ played the entire match with long sleeves (unless Im mistaken about him being #23)

That's a very good observation Marco, and i wish u are right and all this was just a stratagem, but the Sporting employee taking a shirt to trade doesnt mean that it had to be the one from the game... it could be any other from the Sporting stock of shirts!

Well SCP have videos and pictures of the incident, and it's never been said it was the game shirt. People just implied it was.

As DDC said...

The third was the date that the FPF would show the design to UEFA for permission to use it. Kits will be out the 16th 2 days before the England game. They're also saying it'll look like the 66' jerseys, brighter colors, and with some use of the FPF logo into the shirt like in the 96' Euro kits.
