FC Porto have snapped up Brazil U-20 midfielder Fernando on a five-year deal, according to the Portuguese champions' official website.
The 19-year-old, who plays for Brazilian side Vila Nova-GO, spent the past five days going through a medical before inking the "dream" deal.
