SCP1906 if you want to trashtalk Benfica or Porto everytime you post you may want to stick to the Record forums. This is not the place for people of your level.

come on Viirgo, this place can sometimes be as bad as the record forums...... talkin about th erecord forums it's haliraious how stupid ppl can be, especially those that say that their team should sign world class players.

for example: This post right here. it went something like this:

O benfica devia mandar argel, paulo almeida, amoreirinha, etcc... embora e contratar Robinho, Tevez, .......

there are about thousands of those posts everyday, fromPorto, Sporting fans aswell, but by far the funniest are from those 50-60 year old Benfica fans, who have discovered the net and still talk about Benfica as if they were in the 60's.

I post whatever I want, as long as I don't break the forum rules, and it's certainly not you who is going to tell me what should I post.

Only got time today to talk about this round of Superliga... first of all i think i've already said Porto is playing really bad and even though we reached the first place i think we have to play MUCH better to win the league... about the other results Nacional had an excellent victory :p and Benfica made a surprising result IMO, i thought Boavista was able to fight for a good result. Now i hope Porto can recover his best players(Maniche, Seitaridis...) and our stupid coach puts our team playing a decent football, i'm tired of draws, i want victories! (H)

Did anyone hear his comments after the game? Pure class: 'I read oftenly in newspapers that our team lacked discipline. It's a shame, bcs if we had that discipline we would have won the championship.'

Yes he is a good coach. We can´t forget that Nacional was a second division team a few years ago. Altough it wasn´t him who got them to the Superliga (Peseiro´s work), he was the first one who made Nacional qualify to the european cups. In case Soccer4evry1 doesn´t know Nacional was 4th last year, only behind the so called "grandes", under his command.
I think his virtues are the way he approaches and faces the big games (without fear and extremely cautious tactics) and his ability to pick good and cheap players. He found alot of great players for Nacional without having a big budget.
Don´t worry i think you got yourself a good coach.

Thanks guys. Nobody ever heard of him in Brazil and any info is useful, there are a lot of supporters desperated because we'll play a Libertadores with a guy that never coached a big team.

By what you say, he's good. I hope he does a hell of a work here.

I heard he took Nacional to the UEFA Cup and that's like winning a title for Nacional, so he can't be that bad.

Yeah, I also think Casemiro is a very good coach. Of course this doesn't mean he will have guaranteed success at Atlético Paranaense, but at least you can rest assured he has quality.

------------------------------

I don't want to leave Argel's departure unnoticed. Despite all his flaws and mistakes as a player, he was always a great professional, extremely dedicated to the club, leaving his skin on the field and creating good atmosphere amongst his colleagues.

He left making several compliments to the club and everyone he worked with there. He said he has only good memories of his time at Benfica (except Miki's death) and nothing but praise for all the presidents and coaches, that always treated him spectacularly. He also mentioned that Benfica never missed or delayed the payment of the players wages and that he knows Benfica is the only one of the 3 bigs where this happens. :p

Honestly, how many times you see this dedication, dignity and appreciation from a player nowadays, even when leaving? Not many, unfortunately. I wish him all the success in the world in his new club.

I'm really excited with what he said in his first interview, he seems great.

I thank you guys for the lines on him and drop the subject (this is the portuguese league thread :$).
