Thank you Bolzer for sending me the file 
I've recently played a match with the popup (2x6min + e.t. + p.s.) and couldn't sight any bugs yet - not either when I took a closer look at the the screenshots I made.
Here's my checklist of situations I've allready tested and that seem to be bug-free...
- before the game (of course)
- after the game
- yellow card
- offside
- own goal
- substitution
- game statistics
- penalty shootout
- highlights
... and those are the situations I couldn't test yet (though I really tried to
) ...
- red card (how to? *g*)
- in-game penalty (tough challange too *bg*)
/edit: I played another game and got a penalty and a red card right away *gg* - those gfx are bug-free too
The only thing I actually dislike in the popup is the shape of the club-logos; they are a little too wide what makes them look somehow distorted. Maybe you can fix this little bug.

The problem about the layout is, that there are about 60 lay-files in popups.big, each lay-file should be assigned to a special match-situation, but I only changed about 20 layfiles without problems yet, so I guess (but Im not sure) that about 40 lay-files are not used.

Of course I know about the strechted logos, first I made them in original shape/size, but I guess they look more original like Sat1 when they are stretched a little.
If Waterbomb will create some new shapes it will be 100%

Ehm ... *has an idea* ... how about a DSF-tv-logo for more 2.Bundesliga an "Bundesliga Pur" feeling?
(though I don't know if there aren't little differences between the SAT1 and DSF popups, like they are between the SAT1 and Premiere ones)

I've notices on the screenshots, that the advertisment (AXA and T-Mobile) is not very detailed... but I think it isn't possible to change it because of the size of the texture, is it?

Yes, I planed to make 3 versions, besides SAT1, there will be similar PopUps, just with DSF or Premiere -Logo. I guess thea are the same, but I dont know exactly, screens are always welcome
@Daka, hab leider nur eine T-Page zur Verfügung, da ist nicht mehr drin (bisher)
I liked the idea of a total TV- Broadcasting-simulation very much, so I started creating a new Menu, that will support this theme too
any coments are welcome ...
That has always been my dream since the first time I saw some TV popups, when I was a newbie in FIFA 2002. I wanted to make something like this, but I was never good enough in graphics to make anything like this.
Shame that you only have screens for the German TV channels, I hope somebody can find some other countries TV channels screens, because it would simply be superb, if we can have different channels by simply changing them before entering FIFA....it would be watching football to the extreme.....

maybe lineup.lay the "starting eleven" from the hometeam and "lineupa.lay the "starting eleven" from the awayteam?
