The only way to watch Serie A-from the US

I live in Texas, the only way for me to get live serie A games is on Rai International available on Dish Network. I bought my dish specifically for this reason. I pay around $18 a month and this is the only channel I get (for 2 games a week, one live and one repeat on same day delay). The reason I only get this channel is because in Texas you have to have a seperate dish to recieve international channels (another dish is required for normal US cable channels). This may not be the case for residents on the east or west coast but I am not sure. It is a little expensive for one channel but its about the only tv I watch. The coverage is great though, on the early live games they show all the goals scored from all the other Serie A games right after they happen so its pretty much non stop action. If you want to see Italian league games in the US I would check out Dish Network, soccertv.com is also great help.

There is also Gol TV available through the Dish Network spanish package although I don't think they show any games live.

I have direct Tv and i get a bunch of internationational channels including quite a few British and Spanish Channels which broadcast most of the football I could want, also Galavision and Televisa from Mexico carry a lot of football, both of which I get as well....

Fox sports world suuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They claim to show Raul, Ronaldo, Zidane, and Figo. We all know who they play for but ESPN hold all US right for any games involving Real or Barcelona. Fox Sports World only has rights to one 3rd rate spanish league game per weak. Pretty lame, last season they never even showed Sociadad play.

I'd highly suggest trying to get the channel TLN, which is an Italian/Spanish channel we get up in canada, its on basic cable. We get 4 serie A games a week(w/ english commentary) (3 live, 1 tape delay), in addition we get every game the national team plays(friendlys and competitive), along with coppa italia games (both in italian). heres a link to official site for more info www.tlntv.com

Oh how I long for ESPN International. In my beautiful Island of Trinidad, I was being spoilt with football. On ESPN international there'd be 4 champions league matches every week with some SPanish football inbetween. Now, I'm forced to watch A-League football.

No, just Serie A games. They show Copa America and the World cup with spanish commentary as well.

TLN spend there money wisely, they know there's lots of italians and south americans who want to watch the Serie A so they spent a lot of money on getting the rights.

The commentating isn't the greatest, but it's way better then ESPN.

i have basic us cable jus fox sports(not world) espn, espn 2. So i get 1 soccer a year basically and 99% of the times its womens u.s. soccer!!!! God i hate this crap!! I need dirct tv.

lol... i have espn, espn2, and fox sports... and they dont show nothing. only about 1 CL game a week when the CL is in season...

on Sunday nights they show highlights of Serie A, EPL, La Liga, Brazilian, Argy, Paraguay, and other south American football highlights on some spanish channel that's the only thing i look foward too

Eurosport shows everysingle soccer match. They show EURO 2004 Qualifications, CL, UEFA Cup, Serie A, EPL. Not sure about la liga and the others.

When I use to live in Europe I had the channel it is awesome. I bought a satellite here in the US for 50 bucks that has the channel and bunch of other european channels. You just call you dish network people and they connect it for you, it is like 15.99 a month I believe.

BTW, FSW sucks they are poor bastards they don't show sh*t. This year they only showed some EPL games on the weekends and the worst La Liga matches. All they show is Rugby and some other stupid stuff in addition they replay things like every second I think I saw the River Plate vs Racing match like 5 times already.

fsw showed the uefa cup, argentine league games and highlight show, 3 or 4 epl games a week, brazilian league soccer games.. 1 spanish la liga game..1 bundesliga game, mls game, mls highlight show, indoor soccer league.. a-league soccer...

FSW does what they can with what they have, you see all the FSW ads that FSW shows, that means they have very little real ads, so they have less money. Give them credit, ESPN have La Liga rights and are sitting on them like the pricks they are.
