Crazy? Reckless? I guess that's "normal" in some parts of Russia. My other thought would be that their head is full of vodka. I'm afraid of heights so already seeing something like this makes my stomach turn.

I'd suggest these guys would do this sober. Adding intoxication to the mix would only add danger
