Our play overall was encouraging compared to the last 3 games but the result is still dissapointing.. The defence looked a bit better although it was still very sloppy at times, Eskandarian played the best he has so far, and Dichio looks to have a real presence on the field.. too bad he didn't get the service. Oh well, on to the next game..

btw, I watched the game on TV but after seeing the crowd I'm regretting not making the trip to Toronto. Congrats to the fans at BMO field.

Well TFC played better but still couldn't score. The ref sucked ass. He kept calling every single little foul and ruined the flow.

The team faded in the second half and we got to see good old traditional route one British football. Way to develop the players Mo. And why are the players looking exhausted in the second half? I expect them to be fit already.

The CBC production was awesome. Kicked the **** outta the crappy Kansas tv production back on Wednesday. MLS take note.

Great enthusiastic crowd at the new BMO field today in Toronto.

Cool uniforms too... hang in there folks it's a first year team.

The difference between the old Toronto Blizzard days and FC now is that the city is far more culturally diverse, FC will do well.

didn't see the game today, but I saw a bunch of people on the subway singing and saying how good of a match it was... then I get home to see a 1-0 loss :| good to hear we at least played better, but **** can we get a goal already? :(

It is a conditioning issue. They look tired in the 2nd half and couldn't close down KC. They need to get that **** sorted out quick.

Great atmosphere... we took the piss out of KC keeper Hartman all during the 1st half. What a boozefest!(H)

I'm not 100% about that... it's not like they come out for the second half, keep playing well for another 10-15 mins and then drop, they drop right after they come out of that change room.

Those pictures look amazing. Raptors fans have been put to shame i'd say. The stadium looks awesome with all those red colours and a great field. Now, "We just want a goal"

That was what we were singing:

"All we are saying....
is give us a goal!"

The support in the stadium was unreal. The stands are all metal and at one point the whole place was stomping and chanting T-F-C (stomp, stomp, stomp)
It sounded like thunder. Just amazing.
We stood for the whole 90 minutes, and didn't even notice it. Apparently some people wanted others to sit, but were promptly told where to go (as opposed to the usual Canadian politeness, which would have had everyone sitting :|)

HAHA, that's what i was talking about, this athmosphere doesn't seem like a regular canadian sporting event, more like the good old english lower division game, where every fan cares. Should give some good publicity to soccer.
