On a lighter note....I got a copy of "Kennedys way" from the inlaws for Christmas...They got it signed for me at a book signing in Southport by Alan Kennedy himself:p

Im made up i can tell ya! Its made out to me, says merry christmas and all the best!:p

This is the lineup i think Rafa will play his usually goes defensive away from home with a lone striker and Gerrard up supporting the forward,but the 2 strikers worked so well i think he use this.I think we will win 2-0 Baros and Sinama pongolle :)

Well the first half was pretty ordinary i thought. West Brom played quiet well up until we got that 2nd goal. From there on in there was only going to be one winner. 5-0. Good stuff. Could of repeated the 6-0 thrashing we gave them, had Baros converted his penalty :p But 5-0, im not complaining :p

im so happy things are finally going good for Pool. Liverpool has always been my favorite epl team. Gerrard is just amazing. what a shot he has! still young and already this good. he has a great future if he can stay injury free. maybe he's in Madrid next summer? :p i can only hope.

Aimar pleads for Liverpool switch

Valencia midfielder Pablo Aimar wants to move to England and join former boss Rafael Benitez at Liverpool.

Argentine international Aimar, 25, is not a regular in the Valencia side under Claudio Ranieri, the former Chelsea manager.

The midfielder told the Daily Star: "This season I'm not happy at Valencia.

"Rafa Benitez is an excellent coach who knows me very well and Liverpool would be an ideal place to go if I cannot sort out my future here."

Last season Aimar was part of the Valencia side that won both the Spanish league title and the Uefa Cup.

The Argentine added: "I do not understand why I have not been playing. Ranieri has not told me the reasons but I am obviously not part of his plans.

"From what I can see, English football is the best in Europe next to Spain and I do not think I would have a problem adapting to the Premiership."

as much as i love pablo aimar i dont think signing him will improve us at the moment ... our midfield has just found consistancy and i think we would need to change our midfield set up to accomodate

hamman alonso aimar and gerrard
