I said that Liverpool will take that one and so it did happen. I wouldn't even actually mind them winning, Rafa has done a real great job and Milan already has enough CL titles.

Cisse missed 2-3 very good chances to kill the match but anyway we defended very well with Carra!!!!

Aye, he's a Cocky Bastid. For a quarter of a billion pounds, they had a midfielder at rightback, a centreback at leftback, no backup wingers, a hairy gimp 'We-are-already-in-Istanbul' for a reserve striker and a £24m moaning-and-nowt-else twunt.

So they hadda play Huth upfront.

First season and we are in the CL final. what a great job!

I am now convinced 100% that Stevie G will stay. the defence was a rock, Jamie C, Hyppia, Jimmie Traore, Steve Finnan were lions.

Is Baros out for the final because of the booking? This Fairytale ending for Cisse still looks good. Yeah he missed some chances but he will come good.

We got alonso back for Milan so it looking great!

arsenal on sunday, another CL hangover i think.. :)

there are so much fuzz wether the ball was in or not, if the ref didn't call it a goal, there would be a penalty and probably red card to cech for being WAY to late into Baros

Just hope we get 2 wins form 2 in premierleage and everton loses because winning the champions league and not being able to defend it would really suck. Hopefully better players would come in during the transfer window. Needa new RW!

ive spent ALL season shíttin myself about missing the scottish cup final cos im goin on holiday soon. the dons were beat 4-1 (!!) by dundee united in the quarter final but never did missing this final cross my mind!! :bob: CRAZY!! :bob: i would of considered goin over to turkey, i know i wouldnt of got tickets but just for the banter! so i'll have to find somewhere in florida to watch it with a pint of orange juice since i'll be illegal to drink in the u.s!!

For the first time in like 15 yrs Globo tv (brazilian) spent more than 5 seconds talking about Liverpool... even on that Juve match with all the things about heysel they wouldn't say much but today they did...
of course it all started with them talking about the beatles, even to the point of mentioning Paul Harrison (our young GK) and John Welsh... then they said our goal play was started by some other John (Riise)... then the comment about the goal not crossing the line and everything and finally the celebration!
I couldn't believe there was about a whole minute about Liverpool!
Another brazilian TV have the rights to the premier league but all they do is bash Liverpool... including some commentator saying Liverpool would strugle to get to UEFA Cup never mind the CL (and I can't watch them now because well... my tv is a bit old....)
