unlicensed doesn't mean it won't be there. They could easily use oranges001 oranges002 for names, and patchmakers will do their jobs.

guys liscensed means theyre goingto have official kits names and badges.

unliscesed means, ex. holland theyre going to have a orange kit that is not nike (which means different design on kit)and the badge is going to be the flag instead of the official badge. the names mite be N.4 N.12 ect.
