sometimes enough is enough, bofo got kicked and pushed and insulted the whole game by the boca defenders, and he had to get back at them somehow. i think his actions are justified, he should have kept a cooler head, but it is impossible if you keep getting agrivated. i feel embarrassed for the argentinian fans, good thing it was stopped by the ref before things elevated to something worse like when America lost to Sao Paulo and the fans invaded the field and we all know what happened next.

After he got fouled, he turned to the fans above the bench area and said "We've got 4, you've got 0" with his fingers. That's when Palermo went off chasing Bofo.

Ok if he did that, then he is a dumbass and deserves the red card...He cannot provoke the crowd like that being a professional that he is, but it still does not justify the violence in the stadium...

The world is gonna end.

- Tsunami warning in my county
- Chivas farther into the Libertadores
- Boca fans ruining soccer...again. (H)
- what's next...Chivas winning Libertadores!!! Hopefully, just so Mexican soccer gets the respect it deserves. Of course we all know who the best in Mexico is. (6)

(C)

an earthquake in my country... oh, wait, that actually happened (6)

Palermo is a worthless piece of ****, he's damn overrated and he acted like an ass today (well, like he always does), and Benitez didn't resign after the game :kader: Boca isn't the same without Bianchi :jap:

PS. "boludos" is like "huevones" (6)

No, even if he got insulted and all you cannot take your anger out on the crowd, take it out with the player that is insulting you, please...they get paid millions to know how to act properly...

I also want to add one more thing....lets not all begin bashing Argentina for what happened today by saying that crowds here are unruly, but lets observe the whole chaos going through in Latin America. Because it is easy to point the finger at just one country, but there is violence occuring everywhere...in Argentina, Brasil, Mexico, and other parts of Latin America. This has to be an issue to be resolved throughout the continent...

Lets not overreact, he is not worthless as you mention...he is a very good striker but he was just a bit too agressive...He is actually a very good forward and has scored awesome goals, categorizing him as worthless is quite stupid in your part...He did act terrible today, I will admit that though...

I liked the fight between the Peruvians and the Mexicans during a Peru vs Mexico game...saw Pizarro chasing Borgetti and Borgetti running like a Mexican't...
That wasn't Borgetti.

martinsz711, its hard for Bofo to keep a cool head. When he gets agitated, you can't calm him down and he goes off. He provoked the crowd and some of the Boca players (who couldn't keep themselves under control as well) and was rightly sent off.

Ok now, don't be a dumbass and get Maradona involved in this...

Hey, no disrespect ment. Believe me, i'm a big fan of Argentinian football.

But the way those fans acted, they really deserve no respect from anyone.

C'mon, the BALL BOY, kicked "Bofo" as he was leaving the field......that's just disgusting...

WTF.

Anyways,

Bofo knew he would provoke the fans, but a red card? The fans are retards as well. None of you Boca(+Argentine)/Chivas fans win the argument.

Nice f*ck up "la doce"! :|(Y)

it's not his first time.

i really hope the Conmebol puts its pants on and suspends the stadium, Palermo and Benitez for at least a couple of matches. Boca deserves a big, big fine for this. But Grondona has too much influence there :nape:

Yes, the Boca fanatics acted like a big bag of ****, and I hope local authorities and the Conmebol authorities do something on the matter...

I am firm on this issue, even though the fans may be acting like assholes, the player has to be above their level and show more maturity. That is why he is getting paid a contract and represents not only a team but a country. The red card is justified...

It doesn't matter, his agressiveness should not determine that he is worthless, because he is not, he is a great forward actually...

yeah, he has showed all his talent in the NT and Villareal :| :|

Palermo is overhype, Delgado is far better than him right now, i don't know why he doesn't start more often.

He has shown his talent in Boca and continues to show it in Boca. And with Villareal, remember he got injured, he just has not been too lucky ;)

I expect River Plate to beat Banfield, and they might have a chance but I really don't know...
