Hi, i've heard alot about this so called 'bug' where u buy players for free? I don't know how to do it and i want sum1 to tell me how to? Every1 seems to know cept me lol
So can u please tell me how to do it?

Free player cheat
Enquire about a player
Bid the amount wanted
When accepted go to offer contract screen
click on the thing flashing in the botton left-hand corner
click on the players name and withdraw bid
then make a new bid of £0
click the back button till your back at the contract offer screen
offer a contract
if the player accepts then laugh, quite a lot, as you'll get him for nothing.

I'm pretty sure the enhancement pack fixed this though mate.

so what about when u enquire and they say he is not for sale for any price?
does this also work if i have an ordinary bid accepted for a player?

Yes, once I started a new game and got Tierney and Chadwick on loan from Man U, until the end of the season. Then I realized the season would only take 4 days, as I started on the Chech schedule :p

I got Tierney the next season as well though, he was very good, for my Dutch team :p Not as good as Tomas Hubschman, but a-o-k! Now I also got Deflandres from Lyon, he's ok as well, but old...

Madrid have a transfer budget of 18m, and like 28m in bank. I spent 14m on Jesuli after failing to catch Denilson or Joaquin, I then got Milito and Emerton on loan.

Great to hear some aussies are being looked at in CM :D

Emerton is a bit stuffed in the game tho...
In real life he is a RB, or RW (can go defensive but is usually attacking), but in the game he is a RB, or a RDM...Which would be ok,because if a player is AM and DM, CM only shows the DM, BUT he isnt even down as AM in CM, u can check by filtering for AM's ;)

Dyer was an AMR in CM01/02. You could see this by looking at the editor. However, he was positioned at DMR. Same thing has probably happened with Bret.

BUT Keep reading:

See CM works like this: In the database, if someone is stored as a DM and an AM, theyll be displayed as a DM, but they can play both. Its the same as, if they're down as AM and ST, but NOT plain M, then they'll be down as "Forward".

Anyway, as Im saying even tho these players are displayed as one thing, if u filter for the other, it still comes up (eg. If you filter for Attacking Midfielders, then players that are displayed as DM, ubt actually can play AM, will come up) HOWEVER, Emerton does NOT ocme up if you do this, therefore the database doesnt have him down as an AM at all...

My fav loaner has to be Phillepe Mexes.... no one can beat him in the race for English Young Player of the Year :)
