First, double check that in RFS Settings you selected the language that FIFA 16 is using.

Winner patches are not implemented, I am working now only to bug fixing.

ONLY for you Beta Testers, I am sharing my VERY PRELIMINARY tool for editing RFS database. With an important disclaimer: it is a work in progress tool, do not distribute it, do not claim if it crashes.

RFS Web Importer

If you do some activity please let me have your DB with an explanation so I can merge your job in the first official DB release. In this stage, I will not add competitions that are not already in the DB in order to avoid to introduce errors.

There is no virus in the application but sometime antivirus give a false positive, I asked google a review of the file and to unlock it but I don't know when they will do it. We can only wait.

does the application get the data when running the file via google?

I couldn't download the zip file because of google block but I can download the publish folder but I can't run the application

The detail file says something like RFS Web Importer_0_10_0_2\RFS Web Importer.exe.deploy could not be found

One of the files has been blocked when downloaded, without it the installation cannot work.

this has nothing to do with windows defender. I don't get any virus meldund but the download breaks off at about 67% when installing because something is blocked, just like rinaldo says

can you use the tool?

I had no intention of downloading it, but I'll give it a try and see if I have the same problem.
