Yea, I have Uruguyan friends that call it a "tunnel" also .. but there not as impressed with them as most americans .. its really not that practical 90% of the time. As long as you get by the defender.

ah nutmeg is easy. what is that move called where you have the ball and your dribbling and you just pass it on one side and you run around the opponent and collect it? i do this one a lot and it works if the opponent is not that quick.

That isn't a move, it's the lowest form of individual skill and never works in a game unless you have WAY too much space and therefore are playing at a low level.

I tried nutmegging a couple of times, but i use only two moves. Since i can't do normal stepovers (i would look like Rooney against United), i have to settle for a backheel and Giggs kind of dribble don't know what it's called. The backheel works amazing for me, when opponent is rushing to you from a side or you have a defender infront of you and you just put the ball behind your front leg to the side that the defender is not looking. Ronaldo did that quite a few times. However the most used move by me, is the one giggs used to make, when he would just go the counter way of which an opponent is going. So say i have a ball and a defender comes in from the left, when he comes closer i suddenly turn to the left, which leaves him on the other side and i have a few more seconds to think what to do. It's kind of hard to explain:
X - opponent
] - ball
p - me
* - space
Moment 1:
--->X*******]
***********p

Moment 2:
------------->X
********]p<------------

Moment 3:
************X
]p

That should explain it well. Works great as well. Those two moves is all i need to get past players in the league i play at least.
