Theyve left it late in the summer, but I too think Everton have made some excellent moves. Van der Meyde, I think, will prove to be an excellent buy, and Neville has already started to pull his weight. Everyone already knew how good Arteta and Cahill were, so given all that, I could easily see them cruising to a UEFA cup place

well yeah i was about to mention Bolton with Borgetti and Nakata although i think both Bolton and 'boro will find this season very hard and i can't see them seriously challenging up there with Spurs and Everton without some more depth to their squads.

Sorry, couldn't care less for Chelsea at the moment, still in shock at 4 unbeaten games at the start of our season. I mean, second place? Us? Mind you, the aussies are getting licked in the cricket (and the soccer, and the netball, and the rugby, and the tennis....) so something is absurd with the world at the moment.

Well yes, but it depends who Chelsea are playing. If it's somebody like Liverpool, Arsenal, Man Utd, etc..then no.

They look decent but it will need survival for consecutive seasons to get the West Ham of 2002/2003.
