Not that we'll see it since there are bettercm options now, but I think Lampard and Gerrard could work now. Lamps has adapted surpridsingly quickly to the deep role.

Debated for a while about putting Bergkamp for Shearer, being as the Iceman was the whole reason why I started to like Arsenal and watching English football, but I tried to stay unbiased.

I absolutely cannot stand Alan Shearer, one of my most hated men on the entire planet, including Breivik.

QPR one up against Tottenham, could do with Tottenham losing, if so we are only one point behind them.

But another good win for Newcastle earlier now makes them the biggest obstacle to our CL ambitions.

Holy ****, Newcastle are going to the Champions League. If anyone deserves that kind of payday, its Mike Ashley (H)

Well... with Newcastle winning, Chelsea drawing and Tottenham losing (so far), its such a great result for Newcastle getting that fourth spot.

Looks like the next four games will prove if Newcastle is worthy of that fourth spot.

Wigan, Chelsea, ManCity, and Everton.

Yeah, as superb as Newcastle have been, they could really fall away with those last four games. Wigan were disappointing today but we mustn't forget how hard they've been fighting lately, Chelsea and Man City are tough tough opponents and Everton away is never a formality. In fact, three of the four games are away and the only home tie is the hardest opponent, Man City. So dont bet on Newcastle to make the CL quite yet!

True, but Arsenal's remaining fixtures of Stoke, Norwich and WBA are considerably easier. You would have to say of the four teams in the mix for CL football, Arsenal have the easiest remaining fixtures and Newcastle have the hardest.

You guys don't have it any easier. You still need to go to liverpool and then go up against Blackburn, who may still be fighting to stay on top.

Damn it's going to be close and some great four games.

We need to beat Newcastle, hope (which I sort of expect) that they lose one of their other matches, win all of our matches and hope Spurs lose points once. OR win the CL. Dunno which is least likely.

One of the most entertaining games for a while. Why does our defense have to **** up this bad? Why leave so much space for Fellaini and Jelavic?

If City beat Wolves today and beat you on the 30th, they will be top on goal difference. I think ALL us neutrals wanted that game to be the title decider, and now it looks like it will happen.
