Mark Clattenburg's refereeing of the Liverpool-City game was at best an abortion, at worst downright corrupt. I fail to see how a man who goes on holidays with Steven Gerrard is allowed to ref their matches. He has a terrible history of being pro-Liverpool.

It's putting me off football altogether. Referees sicken me. What's the point of playing the game if so many games are decided by inept officials. There has been no effort to get them to improve. They get off scot free every time. Andre Marriner didn't even get punished for sending the wrong player off ffs. It's a farce.

Fun fact, it takes me 30 minutes to get to Manchester. The local Irish team I supported until they went bust takes me 20 minutes to get to. Ryanair are awesome.

That's my version of hell. The ferry takes like 7 hours. Seems like utter madness for anyone to go that route when you can fly there cheaply in 30 minutes. We're a special type of idiots when it comes to football.

Bought a Maldini jersey during the 02/03 season!

It would be devastating, but certainly something Liverpool have been excellent at over the last two decades.

This midfield diamond that Liverpool are using could potentially work for England. Rooney in the Suarez role. I don't know who plays the Coutinho spot, but there are options with Lallana, Wilshere, Barkley.

They'd need Rodgers to manage them. Hodgson doesn't have the tactical knowledge to implement such a system. Very few British managers do.
