they already have Keisuke Honda (who'll wear the #10) and Adil Rami signed, sealed, and delivered ... only the latter is eligible for the Champions League ...

the rumours, apart from Nainggolan, now include Juraj Kucka and Heerenveen's striker Finnbogason -- I guess anyone is better than Matri ...

and their squad is good enough for both the Serie A and Europe ... they're just not being put to best use (*ahem*Allegri*ahem*) ...

Hopefully Michael Bradley will go to a decent club that will use him. He was good enough for Roma, just unfortunate that they seem obsessed with central midfielders. Would love to see him in England now, hell he could start for Manchester United next to Michael Carrick.

Inter are stupid if they won't match that Roma bid for Nainggolan, especially as they need someone of his quality in midfield way more than Roma do ...

and Bradley should stay in Italy ...

hah, indeed ...

all 3 of Roma's midfield spots have automatic starters who have been excellent this season ... I wonder if it means they are going to let Miki Pjanić (or De Rossi? nah, that's wishful thinking ...) go to PSG ...

Totti as forward, free from any defensive duties + a dynamic partner (Gervinho or Ljajic)

EDIT: Roma has also signed Leandro Paredes from Boca as well... maybe Pjanic is actually leaving.

like your draft team from 2012 (I think), where you had Alexis playing off of Zlatan up top? I'd like to see Rudi García get experimental with his setups ... but as you too point out, the case of Pjanić leaving is looking more and more likely ...

I just want the kid to play at a high level, because his skill and especially his competitiveness are excellent. I guess I don't know much about the current rosters in Serie A, but I don't get the impression that any of the top clubs would have a spot for him, that's the only reason why I suggested going abroad. I also think he'd usher in a lot of new fans and be the poster boy for NBC's Premier League coverage if he played for a top team in England. But as long as he gets to play at a top club, I don't really care where it is, even if it's somewhere like Shakhtar. I think he's reaped several benefits from playing in Italy already and would take that with him wherever he goes.

Starting XI
AS Monaco would take him gladly haha!

You mentioned Shakthar, but the way you said it i can see you weren't exactly serious. I think they could use an holding midfielder like him, since their attack consists of all those Brazilians, Alex Texeira, Douglas Costa, Taison, Bernard etc. And you know their playstyle which is extremely agressive, so a double pivot behind them with Bradley wouldn't sound so bad at all. Although there would be difficulties with languages i guess yada yada.

What's the deal with him anyway? I don't follow Serie A, is he not getting playing time before World Cup and is considering leaving Roma during this transfer window?
