It's not true. You can continue your manager mode, because this patch is external and does not touch any file of your FIFA

Yes, u are right. Or you can find the link on the patch name. If you have already installed the patch and it does not work, please use the uninstaller and then re-download and re-install the patch.

I wait it so much for the patch and for executable to run(the installer last about half hour to me!), and it doesn't go.
At first time, it showed me a error(something like Run script error 58;mambo number five!), and when I've launched the patch it start loading, but only till menu screen.It could not load it and the game crashed.
I had to reinstall, cause I didn't find an uninstaller of the patch.
At second time, I thought that the problem was the fact that I didn't have the italian db,audio & dat_ita, so I've put them in cmn folder(db) and in audio folder(the rest of two files mentioned), and start the installer again. The callname importing last prety much, but I'm a patient and I didn't have a problem to wait. Finally, when the installer finished, I clicked the icon of the patch from the desktop.Black screen and after that, the prety knewed error notification from Fifa 07.

What I did wrong or what is wrong with my PC if this things happens?

I want so much to play this patch and I want you to try to help me find the solution. Seems to have a lot of wonderful surprises in it.
I must say that I've tried to install this patch on clean fifa both times.

P.S. Good idea to put audio.big and dat_ita.big in the right folder, but are you sure that the audio.big has the hdr_ita.big in it? For the db it didn't matter at all if there wasn't. But you says that it crashes opening the launcher. But the builder did not give you any error?

First of all, thank you for your kind support(as usual).
-The links are broken.Must be a problem with the site(it haved been problems recently there, so it must be temporary), or... I don't know.
-I've checked with EA Graphics and the hdr_ita.big is in audio_big.

-The errors was there both times(sorry, but I don't remember exactly which was the number or the description of them), the only difference was that first time the patch was loading till menu screens and secondly did not load at all, giving me that dark screen and the message that "Fifa 07 encountered a problem and..."
-XP Professional SP2
Do I have to install the DEMO first?
Anyway, you say that you have fixed some problems with the installer, so, I will check the links later, maybe then they will work for me, along with this long awaited patch. I'll let you know once I manage to download.

Thank you!!! The story mode has an engine like this: you choose either holly or Mark version. You click on "Modalità Storia" and you load the career called "StoryHB - GOOO". If you choose Holly you play with New Team, Muppet instead for Mark. For example if u choose Holly, when you have won the final against Muppet, you save and exit the career (WARNING: The "END OF SEASON" tournament with your team vs your team must not be played, it's there only to let you save - if you have won obviously- and not crash). You re-enter the "Modalità Storia" and this time you will find "StoryHB - BONUS1". Load it and you will play the 3rd championship with New Team or Toho (Mark Version). Then there is also BONUS2 and BONUS3 with Japan, but the mechanism is the same! When you have won also BONUS3 you will have unlocked a bonus team. To play with bonus team u have to exit game and re-enter. You will find the team in "World League and bonus" league. So you have 8 careers to play to unlock the 2 bonus teams (one for Holly and one for Mark). I think you won't play all the matches of a career in a day, so remember to save with the same name you loaded it (GOOO, BONUS1, ecc) or the bonuses will not be unlocked.
Moreover I remind you that in the career there are some programmed absences, so that Benji is not available till the final for example and more...
That's is one of the most important motives why THIS is the most revolutionary patch of the year

Necro, do you have at least the english commentary installed? If not, I think the patch will not work. The best would be the italian commentary, so that the patch can be installed properly. Now:

Then, to assure a great clean, run this cleaner:

Then put the English-Italian Commentary

i would like to ask on how to play this game...i always get the run path error after i install it...

i followed the instructions here (except the commentary part because i dont know how to do that) but still i cant play it.
