The only thing I do know are the conditions Madrid were in and that they DIDN'T exercise their right!!

That practically makes(or made?) Eto'o an azulgrana player at 00:01.

R Madrid received the documents the last tuesday at 10:50, 7 days exactly. Anyway he won't be Barça player at least until saturday because before would be a big risk.

So basically Madrid can still do something in the next 10 and a half hours?

If they don't ,the signature should be only a formality.

It's confusing, if the 7 days expire today or tomorrow doesn't matter. Real Madrid will try to buy him in friday when they say that the time expires so still we will have to wait until somebody, neutral, decides who's right.

This is absolutely ridiculous.

And lastly ,don't call Laporta a liar.He said we'd get 4 or 5 players and he gave us 6 new players.He exceeded expectations ,which is not what we can say about your chairman.
Perez said he'd buy Carvalho ,Xabi ,Seitaridis ,Vieira and he wanted players such as Rooney and Henry.Who did he actually buy from that list?

Barça was not only interested but we actually went after those players and there were actually contracts offered to those players and offers made to the teams which in the end fell through for one reason or the other yet Laporta never promised a 'Galactico' per year or said that any of those names u mentioned were for sure.

The posture regarding signings with Barça has been since the beginning between 4-6 signings and around 40-50 mil depending on the market and thats how its been.

And Raikkonen ,I never meant to insult you.But get your facts right. ;) It's all I'm saying.

Trezeguet - Laporta was always saying that nothing is done but that the two clubs are discussing the deal.At one point Trez was almost a sure signing which was true because Trez himself said when he signed a new contract that it once seemed like it is the end for him and Juve and that he was sure they'd part ways.So it wasn't just talk from our chairman.

Ballack - Same thing ,except that Laporta didn't discuss him as much.He confirmed things as Rosell going there to negotiate etc etc.But again I say ,he never claimed we had him.Those were negotiations.

Baros was discarded.It was a hint made by the press because Baros proved himself in Portugal and since he wasn't getting too much time at Liverpool ,and we needed a striker ,it was logical to connect him to a club such as Barca. ;)

Mista was also discarded.I remember Laporta commenting him on the official site.He said the move is highy unlikely.

Luis Fabiano - Laporta considered him and I think there were negotiations when Laporta went to Brazil but nothing was promised.

For Milito ,Laporta said we'd like to get him but he has something tricky in his contract so we wouldn't be going after him.

But when you were listing 'false promises' of Laporta ,you just happened to forget the six signings.SIX.

Florentino was lying all over Madrid just to get re-elected.He said the Carvalho deal is already done and that everything has been set when PdC goes public saying they never even spoke. :crazyboy:
