Till' then, don't be paranoid. :) Italians know how to win football games, but only through defensive parameters. The only time this season I've seen an Italian side actually attack, and even that took the team half-time to accomplish, was the Inter-Benfica Second Leg at the San Siro. Winning is winning, but I'd take much more pride knowing my team plays a watchable game than whether my team can defend for extensive periods and win. That's my outlook.

Side note: Good luck to Baggio, maybe he can make this game more exciting than it will inevitably be (boring).

Roma has 67 goals in 31 games, you wanna say attacking?

they've beat teams like juve and inter, 4-0, and 4-1......Italian sides don't attack? i pity you :(

Ummmmmm Go Spain.....I guess. (hopes to not get any verbal bashing from anyone).Oh and whoever said that Morientes wasn't anything special, I beg to differ. Being on the Madrid and Spanish Nt teams bench he probably has scored more goals than Totti. (referring to last year's season and World Cup.)

O as regards to the Raul vs. Totti thread, Raul's natural position (or the position he started at when he broke all of Madrid's B and C teams' records) was attacking center midfielder which was where he was going to go if Madrid bought van Nistlerooy or Owen.

i stand by my comment, morientes is a good player but i dont see him as anything special. just my opinion

i see a special player as who makes a large impact in a side game in game out and without them that team is lost. i see players like totti, henry, nedved, zidane etc. as those special players

i bet morientes has scored more goals than zidane or nedved, goals dont necessarily mean what a player means to a team

Morientes is a great striker, Totti is a great player, they play in positions that complement each other, Totti sets up the plays and Morientes finish them.

And regarding the "other" thread, Raul came from Atletico Madrid's inferior teams and was bought by Real.
