So, we sorta get screwed again. Granted, the officiating just expedited an inevitable Italian exit. Seems FIFA has decided that a South American team should be champion.

For the sake of football, I do hope the Netherlands win they're the only team left worth watching, but they won't. Refs will give us an Argentina-Brazil final. South American World Cups are always screwy.

Italians have nobody to blame but themselves. The refs didn't do anything out of the norm in this horribly officiated World Cup. Find something else to complain about... like Prandelli taking out all the strikers and subbing in some fat Sunday League guido and a crappy naturalized Italian then going down in the last ten minutes.

It was great to watch as a neutral though.
