They are 258 teams including the Brazilian team, but not including England, Spain, and Italys lower leagues.

48 teams from Division 1 and 2 England
22 teams from Spain Division 2
around 20 Teams from Italy serie B

Rest of the World should have 36 Copa Libertadores teams around 26 CL and EC teams now that Portugal and Holland teams arent there anymore.

Thats 410 teams !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It looks like there wont be any National Teams.

I'm not sure but isnt the top division in England called the Premiereship division or something like that?

And if so, does this mean that England will have its top division along with 2 lower divisions...compared to only 1 lower division for Italy and Spain.

Yea, england's top league is the English Premiership, not sure if it will have more tho.

First of all, wheres your proof that the english division 3 isnt in the game? The Fifa community Manager told me that it is in fifa 2004, so who do you think im going to believe? Also, i remember somebody on the Lincoln City board asking if all the players that was on the profle page were still playing for lincoln to make sure everything was correct for Fifa 2004, if you didnt know Lincoln City are in DIVISION 3

No, it will, when he said excluding the Portuguese teams he meant because they won't be in the Rest Of The World section any longer because they are gonna have their own section this year.
