Which team is in lower leaugue, but with a lot of money?

I maneged them one time but they have so bad team that is had to sell allmost all their players.
Do you know for any other team?

Ok, I posted this question in another forum a while ago, so these are not my suggestions, but here you go.......

In Spain there is:
Spain Second Division
Racing Santander - 12million
Athletico Mandrid - 30million
In Italy there is:
Serie B
Bari - 5.5Million (not much but huge 50,000 seater stadium)
Vicenza - 7million
Reggina - 4million

Serie C1/A
Monza and Treviso have 2million

Serie C1/B
Catania - 2.5million
Ascoli - 1million

SerieC2/C
Foggia only have about 800k but they have an amazing stadium and good rep. I had Taribo West, Jesper Blomqvist etc in the 1st season. I won serie c, b and only finished 2nd in a behind Inter and the won the champions league. It looks good when you do it all and its not that hard either.

Sorry these are not Rushden teams with like 10million etc but that is all i could find

Braunschweig in Germany's regional league is loaded, as is Offenbach.
