Hey guyz, im playin with 2nd Division English team Brentford and im in my third season right now, ive made it to the primiership but i got a few concerns...
Im not sure my team training plan isnt working...i train my team in "standard physical training" most of the time and once my star players get in the 30's for fatigue, i start to worry, i assume that they need more conditioning, so i train them "extra physical training" and sometimes it helps but sometimes it hurts. I dont know what to do. My good players have stamina between 85-94 and yet they get tired quick (mostly the mids, my defenders are fine).
I just want to know how u guyz train ur team. Do u guyz like to train them extra? Do u give them free weeks sometimes? And how tired do ur players get in one game. One of my players whose stamina is 91 got his fatigue from 0 to 34 in one game..WTF?!!
So just give me ur ideas and i'll try them and see if they help, thanks
