Team training and Player Stamina

Hey guyz, im playin with 2nd Division English team Brentford and im in my third season right now, ive made it to the primiership but i got a few concerns...

Im not sure my team training plan isnt working...i train my team in "standard physical training" most of the time and once my star players get in the 30's for fatigue, i start to worry, i assume that they need more conditioning, so i train them "extra physical training" and sometimes it helps but sometimes it hurts. I dont know what to do. My good players have stamina between 85-94 and yet they get tired quick (mostly the mids, my defenders are fine).
I just want to know how u guyz train ur team. Do u guyz like to train them extra? Do u give them free weeks sometimes? And how tired do ur players get in one game. One of my players whose stamina is 91 got his fatigue from 0 to 34 in one game..WTF?!! :kader:

So just give me ur ideas and i'll try them and see if they help, thanks ;)

no real need to have extra physical training. and don't keep your finger on the sprint button when you play. also you may need to change your formation

yeah, i agree, my midfieldes sprint the whole time, but i cant help it, if i dont hold it, i get burned.
I play the 4-1-2-1-2 formation, and my CAM is always the most tired....i agree with u henry#14 but whats ur training regime?

Try to sub your good players a lot, i had one of my players with the Fatigue at 90 and 1 slide tackle was all that was needed to put him out for almost 4 months.

The higher the Fatigue the lower the Condition.

Have you had any of your low fatigue players injured, they only get a minor injury, out for about 2-3 weeks, get a fatigued player injured and it becomes a Moderate injury out for 6-8 weeks

yeah, i usually play my best players every other game, never two games in a row.

But u guyz arent tellin me how u guyz train ur team, i wanna see how other people train their team, sorry i dont mean to be rude

i just keep standard physical training on the entire season.

I've used standard 95% of the time. If it seems that my WHOLE team is out of it, then and only then do i give them a week off. The week after I go back to standard, but if the following game is shi*, i make it extra for a week or two

does stamina really have a big part in players performance? I mean i have a player with stamina 93 and he got more fatigued than a player with stamina 79.....wtf?!

So when r the proper times to train extra and when r the proper times to give players a week off?
Because a player with high fatigue may need more conditioning yet he might need a break, i never can tell which call to make.

Physical training is USELESS! I played for 5 years with Inter used only individual training and even though their fatigue was around 30 none got injured (regularily) or performed badly. The "manager" part of the game sucks. It's all up to YOUR in field abilities!

yeah, thats what i was thinking but if u dont train ur team, they'll get really tired really quickly and injured easier. The tough thing is knowing what training plan to use, for example, having a plan of two weeks of standard training then one week of extra training, and if ur packed with games giving them a break. U never know what will help ur team....I never can find the right plan to keep my players healthy and not fatigued.
