What should be the size and format of team logos for creation center?

Is there a Tutorial or Help file for Creation centre 2005?

Can someone please make one?

The logos have to be 128 x 128, but the badge ( the actual team's badge) has to be 98 x 98, and then you put the 98 x 98 badge onto the 128 x 128 background.
